  3. Ship Your Return – Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
