- We do not accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Return an Item

- Receive Return Instructions – We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return – Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
